Bluebird Psychology uses the information collected about you carefully and lawfully and in accordance with the GDPR 2016. 

Information we hold:

If you enquire about our services we will hold your name, telephone number and email address in addition to any further personal or sensitive information you choose to provide. We will use your email address and telephone number to contact you in regards to any enquiry. Data collected during the enquiry process will be retained securely for six months and then destroyed if you do not become a contractual client. If you become a contractual client we will collect further personal or sensitive information required to provide our services, and you will be provided with our full terms and conditions including data use and retention.

We will only use your data to provide information and email and mobile marketing communications when you have either; 1) given your consent or 2) where we deem there to be legitimate interest when consent is not required. You can remove your consent at anytime either through unsubscribing from the communication or contacting Joanna@bluebird-psychology.co.uk.

We will NOT disclose or pass your details to any third party without your express permission unless legally or clinically obligated to do so (for example if there were urgent concerns about your or another’s safety).
